On July 7, 2021, Cantey Technology a leading Managed Services Provider (MSP) based in South Carolina, along with its subsidiary Cantey Tech EDU, were acquired by LNC Partners, a private equity firm based in Northern Virginia. The acquisition was facilitated by Hybrid Capital investment banking advisors who provided strategic guidance and support throughout the M&A process.
The platform acquisition of Cantey Technology and Cantey Tech EDU was part of LNC Partners’ strategy to expand its investment portfolio into the MSP sector. Cantey Technology has a strong reputation for delivering exceptional IT services to its clients, and the acquisition will provide LNC Partners with access to new markets and technologies.
