Clinart MENA – CTI Clinical Trial & Consulting Services (Sale)

On August 31, 2020, CTI Clinical Trial & Consulting Services, a global contract research organization (CRO), acquired Clinart MENA, a full-service CRO specializing in clinical trial management, data management, and pharmacovigilance services in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.

The acquisition of Clinart MENA strengthened CTI’s position in the MENA region and complemented its existing capabilities. With Clinart MENA’s extensive experience in conducting clinical trials in the MENA region, CTI expanded its research capabilities and accelerated the development of its offerings in the region. The acquisition also enabled CTI to offer a broader range of services to its clients, and it enhanced its competitiveness in the industry.
