General Informatics & Rosewood Private Investments – CMS IP Technologies (Acquisition)

On September 8, 2021, General Informatics, a portfolio company of Rosewood Private Investments, acquired CMS IP Technologies, a managed services provider based in Beaumont, Texas. The acquisition was facilitated by Hybrid Capital investment banking advisors who provided strategic guidance and support throughout the M&A process.

The acquisition of CMS IP Technologies is part of General Informatics’ strategic expansion plan to enhance its footprint in the Gulf South region. CMS IP Technologies provided managed IT services, cloud solutions, network security, and other related services to small and medium-sized businesses in the region. The acquisition will enable General Informatics to broaden its range of technology offerings and provide enhanced services to its customers.
