On June 8, 2021, General Informatics, a leading Managed Services Provider (MSP) in the Southeast and a portfolio company of Rosewood Private Investments, acquired Unicom Technologies a prominent MSP in the Gulf South region. The acquisition was facilitated by Hybrid Capital investment banking advisors who provided strategic guidance and support throughout the M&A process.
