He has led strategic development for both emerging brands and established global concepts seeking U.S. market entry, with deep expertise in franchise development, operational scaling, and brand strategy.

His background includes leadership roles with concepts such as Pearle Vision, Banfield Pet Hospital, and AlphaGraphics. He has also founded a franchise software company, served in executive and board roles, and acted as a strategic advisor and consultant for over 22 years. In addition to his corporate roles, he has owned and successfully exited two franchise businesses.

Currently engaged with multiple companies in board and advisory capacities, Mr. Bish brings a cross-industry perspective that spans healthcare, fitness, consumer services, technology, and food & beverage.
