Mr. Love is registered with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) as a General Securities Representative (Series 7, 63, and 79). His focus is buy-side and sell-side deal origination, execution, and strategic operational advising, financial modeling and analysis, and researching and forecasting market trends. Prior to White Falcon Advisors, Mr. Love was part of two of the largest industry practice groups, Life Sciences and Information Technology, at FOCUS Investment Banking, where he helped closed more than ten deals ranging from $5MM to $40MM in transaction value. Mr. Love was Innovator-In-Residence at the Johns Hopkins Sibley Memorial Hospital Innovation Hub and was a post-baccalaureate research fellow at the Krasnow Institute's Center for the Study of Neuroeconomics at George Mason University. Mr. Love graduated summa cum laude from the Bio Business Master’s Program at Georgetown University, and holds dual bachelor degrees in Economics and Neuroscience from Middlebury College.

Mr. Bish is a seasoned franchise executive, investor, and investment banker with over four decades of experience driving growth across the franchise industry. He has led strategic development for both emerging brands and established global concepts seeking U.S. market entry, with deep expertise in franchise development, operational scaling, and brand strategy.

His background includes leadership roles with concepts such as Pearle Vision, Banfield Pet Hospital, and AlphaGraphics. He has also founded a franchise software company, served in executive and board roles, and acted as a strategic advisor and consultant for over 22 years. In addition to his corporate roles, he has owned and successfully exited two franchise businesses.

Currently engaged with multiple companies in board and advisory capacities, Mr. Bish brings a cross-industry perspective that spans healthcare, fitness, consumer services, technology, and food & beverage. Known for his long-term approach to brand building, he specializes in aligning operational execution with growth-focused strategy to build lasting enterprise value.
