Mr. Paull is registered with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) as a General Securities Representative (Series 63 and 79). He has a passion for helping businesses navigate complex financial transactions and has been involved in over $50m of transactions. Prior to founding Hybrid Capital, Mr. Paull founded TVpartsToday which is now one of the nation's largest TV repair stores. His investment banking career began after spending time in both Las Vegas's and Miami's venture capital and early-stage tech scenes. Mr. Paull graduated from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, and holds dual bachelor degrees in Marketing and Professional Sales.

Mr. Bish is a seasoned franchise executive, investor, and investment banker with over four decades of experience driving growth across the franchise industry. He has led strategic development for both emerging brands and established global concepts seeking U.S. market entry, with deep expertise in franchise development, operational scaling, and brand strategy.

His background includes leadership roles with concepts such as Pearle Vision, Banfield Pet Hospital, and AlphaGraphics. He has also founded a franchise software company, served in executive and board roles, and acted as a strategic advisor and consultant for over 22 years. In addition to his corporate roles, he has owned and successfully exited two franchise businesses.

Currently engaged with multiple companies in board and advisory capacities, Mr. Bish brings a cross-industry perspective that spans healthcare, fitness, consumer services, technology, and food & beverage. Known for his long-term approach to brand building, he specializes in aligning operational execution with growth-focused strategy to build lasting enterprise value.
